Requirements

  • Support Docebo’s Global Sales organization by managing the complete lifecycle of a proposal response from intake of the RFP through to submission of a final document.
  • Facilitate bid qualification calls, strategy calls and regular status updates of RFP funnel.
  • Facilitate early strategy calls to help influence future RFPs.
  • Create and distribute project outlines that break out RFP requirements into section assignments for relevant global project team members for completion.
  • Help drive the creation of proactive / unsolicited proposals and general sales collateral to help generate new business.
  • Project manage multiple simultaneous RFP responses on tight deadlines.
  • Perform writing and editing to ensure proposal responses are clear and concise.
  • Create and maintain a global RFP knowledge base, to increase efficiency of proposal process.
  • Work cross functionally with SMEs within the organization to create responses for proposals while maintaining a technical understanding of Docebo’s products and service offerings.
  • Review, edit, and provide guidance on the creation of cover letters, executive summaries, and other key components of proposals.
  • Support all activities related to the assembly, production, and delivery of a final proposal.
  • Work with other Proposal team members to create and improve best practices that ensure the RFP process is successful and efficient.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with relevant areas of the business to help strengthen partnerships and success within the team.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for development of documentation needed in support of RFX processes (whitepapers, case studies, product documentation).
  • Coordinate with Product Management and Technical Writing group for development and management of technical documentation.

Benefits

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technical Writing, English, Communications or Journalism.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced, high volume proposal writing environment.
  • Direct proposal management experience in technology industry is preferred.
  • Direct experience writing proposals for LMS or enterprise software solutions is an asset.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools, Google Docs, Microsoft Office applications and Adobe applications.
  • Experience with proposal automation software is an asset.
  • Spanish / Italian / Portuguese language fluency is an asset.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills and proven ability to multi-task.
  • Superior organizational skills and you are detail-oriented.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients, internally and externally.
  • Strong presentation skills in small or large group environments, with proficiency in presentation support tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and business development best practices.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently motivated with minimal supervision.
