Job Summary

The role will be based out of Singapore and be part of a Business Development team that reports directly to the CEO. The successful candidate is responsible for

  • promote sales initiatives in wide spectrum of business segments in Asia
  • further develop the sales territory through entrepreneurial initiative
  • seek a unique challenge and opportunity to leverage on your proven sales & consulting experience to the extreme

Our client is a next generation technology company that helps corporations rocket ahead, innovate and be competitive. Based out of Singapore with personnel spanning across six countries, they have 4 arms:  Blockchain Technology, Venture Capital Investment, Digital Marketing and Consulting.

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Lead all sales opportunities and identify business issues (particular needs or technology gaps of potential customers).
  • Gain access to business opportunities by leveraging network, marketing, trade shows and cold call leads.
  • Organize and perform demos and sales pitches for clients and develop and maintain C-level relationships within target accounts.
  • Negotiate and close contracts and elaborate sales and account plans to achieve targets - sales cycles of 3-4 months.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education and communicate any key insights with the product development team.


Candidate will require to demonstrating abilities in following areas:

  • A "hunter" Sales Director / Business Development Director / Senior Sales Manager with International experience.
  • High level of productivity and proven autonomy, having the capacity to advance with limited levels of support
  • Technical skills to introduce solutions to customers and proven consultative sales approach.

Ideal Candidate

  • Over 3 years’ sales and coverage experience in IT Solutions/software companies/corporate banking dedicated to the Banking Industry 
  • Recognised network in the Financial Service Industry with the capacity to sell at a C-level across Business and IT.
  • Consistently achieved targets with a strong track record in closing contracts.
  • Experience working in a B2B corporate sales environment is an advantage.
