Our client is one of the largest state government entity with an office based in Sydney CBD. They are looking for a Graphic Designer for an assignment that is up to 3 to 6 months.The primary purpose of the role is to provide graphic design services and to manage external suppliers in areas such as map drawing, presentations and document layouts. The role will also provide a broader service to key internal managers and staff by producing, or arranging for, artwork and graphic design for internal presentations, brochures, posters and advertisements.In addition, key duties will also include:

Provide design and artwork services for printed material, presentations and a range of technical documents to ensure the completion and delivery of material required

Liaise with printers and media outlets to produce and dispatch artwork within agreed timelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of outgoing artwork

Maintain and update templates to assist with branding and logo development

Manage documentation through archiving of all jobs and work produced, ensuring information can be retrieved at a later date.

Manage the corporate photo library to ensure photos are correctly catalogued and remaining accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate must have:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar/related role in a major organization

Demonstrated knowledge and up to date experience in graphic design

Proven capacity to use technology to achieve exceptional product presentation (PC over Mac is preferred for this engagement)

Demonstrated knowledge and of Adobe Creative Studio suite of products, including Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design
Ability to proof read accurately with attention to detail with demonstrated knowledge an experience in managing an image library

They are looking for an experienced Project Officer who will manage and coordinate the development, monitoring, and evaluating the systems improvement projects and reports. This is on immediate basis up to 6 months assignment.
The role will be responsible for:

Preparing project documentation, reports, correspondence, discussion papers and responses

Stakeholder engagement (internal and external) to report back data and collaborate to improve data. Facilitate working groups on how to use data.

Developing a project/program framework and visualize data

Analyzing and researching to identify issues and risks and areas for continuous quality improvement and system performance improvement

Performing quality assurance activities and drive continuous improvement processes across the project portfolio to ensure the delivery of high quality products and services in line with stakeholder requirements

Undertaking research, formulating evidence-based recommendations and strategies, and providing advice and information to relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making and planning

Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance to mitigate critical project risks and ensure the achievement of project milestones and objectives

Delivering multiple project initiatives and outcomes within tight time frames given the need to manage competing priorities and resourcing

Identifying and communicating trends, issues and practices to inform project management and decisions given the need to maintain currency of expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects and programs

The ideal candidate should have:

Tertiary qualification in Medical/Health or Project Management related specialization

At least 2 or more years experience in project management; data analysis and visualization; research methodologies; quality improvement methodologies

Understanding/Experience in the health system and capacity to critically appraise research and interpret clinical and population health data and information

Ability to develop report templates and visualizations

Demonstrated knowledge in project documentation and reporting with the use of MS Office (Excel, Visio), Business objects, Statistical tools preferred

One of our large state government client is hiring for a Stakeholder Engagement Place Manager who will be part of a team supporting a major development project. The role will act as the single identifiable point of contact between the Project team and direct stakeholders. This role will report to the Stakeholder Engagement Lead. Full time assignment is expected to commence in February 2017 for a period of up to 8 months.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Act as the case manager on behalf of the client in property acquisition matters
