Supervise R&R department staff in planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of child care referral and technical assistance services in a Call Center setting.
Handle and coordinate inbound telephone calls received through the Call Center and lead staff’s effort to respond to telephone inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain full knowledge of program guidelines.
