24 Hour Fitness Membership Counselor Membership Counselors (Sales)24 Hour Fitness is looking for Membership Counselors who will be responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointment, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools. Membership Counselors generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation, sales skills and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: В· Conduct guest tours and present membership options В· Promote new members through prospecting and telemarketing of referrals and other lead sources В· Attend company training to learn sales and management techniques В· Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals В· Attend sales meetings and offer input toward achieving company goals В· Assist in maintaining a clean and operationally sound facility В· Take on different assignments and handle directives from Sales Management Team Job Requirements: Knowledge, skills & abilities: В· Strong customer service skills В· Strong communication skills both oral and written В· Strong motivational, interpersonal, and presentation skills В· Organization skills В· Attention to detail В· Be a self starter В· Desire to promote fitness Minimum certifications/educational level: В· High school diploma or GED required В· Higher education preferred but not required Minimum experience: В· No previous experience needed!

The Service Representative is responsible for assisting and directing members/guests, monitoring incoming inquiries and ensuring proper check in procedures are followed. This position also provides customer service support to the club members/guests. As a Service Representative you will also need to be able to ring up transactions in our Point of Sales system.
