Process Engineer – Rubber Injection Molding Job ID - 18812 Location: Concord, New Hampshire Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 The Process Engineer also provides troubleshooting skills and other continuous improvement activities to production. This position coordinates with: Operations, Quality, Sales, other engineering personnel and technicians, division and corporate support personnel, customers and suppliers. Responsibilities • Responsible for development of new processes and support of existing production processes • The process engineer will be responsible for all tooling check heats and pre-production runs • Develops processes that focus on quality, on-time delivery, must be operator friendly, and in line with operational objectives • Create equipment specifications, order and coordinate the installation of such equipment while maintaining the high standards of manufacturing safety • Active role involving technical support of production operations which includes significant “hands on" activities and involvement with the manufacturing process • Monitor non-conforming rate by part and process with a goal of reducing non-value added operations • Develop and maintain project list and activity log while working to improve and support daily production requirements • Support tool and sample reviews including validation processes
