Understand payer EOBs and identify posting errors of payments and adjustments. Read and understand rules and regulations pertaining to government and commercial payers for  regional assigned state(s) Maintain departmental production standards as established for Team Lead ·         Maintain income analysis standards as established for Team Lead on a monthly basis.
