According to the employers, the rate of hired graduates has increased by 12% this year.
But according to the Collegiate Employment Research Institute at MSU about 55% of US businesses plan to hire the same number of graduates as last year.
It is obvious that this year there will be a demand for graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business, health care and accounting, biological and physical sciences, engineering degrees and construction management.
After the internship in companies, about 43% of trainees are hired to fulltime work. By the Federal Reserve Bank, growth of the employment among graduates concurs with the prediction of increase of the economy next year.
The good news is that a lot of companies and corporations are getting over the crisis and now they are hiring more graduates. To find new staff they post jobs to the internet recruiting companies or just check for them in the campuses.
